Deliverable: A project plan outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Script Breakdown
In this step, we carefully analyze the script to identify visual and narrative needs:
- Breaking the script into scenes and shots.
- Defining key actions, camera angles, and transitions for each shot.
Deliverable: A detailed shot list or scene breakdown.
- Thumbnail Sketches
we create quick, rough sketches of the shots to establish the overall flow of the story:
- Blocking out compositions, character positions, and key actions.
- Testing different angles and panel layouts to find the best visual storytelling approach.
Deliverable: Thumbnail sketches of all scenes, ready for feedback.
- drawing Storyboard Panels
Based on the approved thumbnails, we create rough storyboard panels for each shot:
- Adding basic details for characters, environments, and props.
- Indicating camera movements, transitions, and key actions (e.g., pan, zoom, or cut).
- Keeping the focus on clarity and readability over fine details.
- Adding clearer line work and refining character poses and expressions.
- Ensuring visual consistency across all panels.
- Adding shot descriptions or notes (if required) for direction.
Deliverable: A finalized storyboard, formatted for production or presentation.

For an enhanced visual presentation, I can create an animatic:
