3. Character and Asset Design
   This stage focuses on creating the visual elements for your animation:

• Designing characters, environments, and props based on your vision.
• Ensuring the designs match the animation style and story tone.
• Delivering character turnarounds and expressions for animation clarity.

Deliverable: Finalized character designs and assets, ready for animation.

4. Animatic Creation
   To visualize the timing and flow of your animation, we create a basic animatic:

• Sequencing the storyboard panels into a rough video format.
• Adding simple transitions, placeholder animations, and audio (if applicable).

5. Rough Animation
   Here, we create the foundational animation, focusing on movement and timing:

6. Cleanup and Inking

7. Coloring
   Next, we bring the animation to life with vibrant colors:

• Adding base colors to all frames (color flats).

8. Effects and Final Touches
   This stage enhances the animation with finishing details:
